AI-driven Research and Analytics with multiple brain imaging modalities  |  Tools, Resources & Solutions

Our research combines AI-driven Analytics with insights from Neuroscience, Genetics, and Cognitive Psychology to better understand overall human speech and hearing. We integrate data from multiple brain imaging modalities—including MRI, fMRI, DTI, EEG, MEG, and PET – to capture structural, functional, and connectivity patterns.

Advanced machine learning models analyze speech signals, brain activity, and behavioral data to identify unique and shared patterns across individuals. This multimodal approach allows us to study stammering and other neurodevelopmental speech conditions with unprecedented precision. The findings power Innovative Tools, Resources, and Solutions designed to support assessment, intervention, track progress and long-term improvement.

By bridging Neuroscience, Technology and Human Experiences, we aim to create a deeper understanding of communication and empower those affected.

Neuroscience and AI Analytics

NeuroAI Analytics

AI-driven pipeline that combines neuroimaging with other factors and machine learning to identify speech-related abnormalities and uncover neural patterns

Considering all different modalities and other psychological or individual user factors , we trained the model with approximately 2,500 features per subject along with their permutations and combinations.

Stammering and Brain

AI-driven pipeline that combines neuroimaging with other factors and machine learning to identify speech-related abnormalities and uncover neural patterns

Considering all different modalities and other psychological or individual user factors , we trained the model with approximately 2,500 features per subject along with their permutations and combinations.

With a clear understanding of the outcomes and common patterns from above Research Work, the next step was to design a solution that directly addresses the challenges faced by people who stammer or experience other speech-related issues. The goal was not only to process and interpret speech-related data, but to transform these findings into easy, practical, effective and accessible tools. Our design process began with mapping the user journey – from initial assessment to measurable improvement-ensuring that every feature was purposeful and user-friendly. The goal was also to ensure that the solution’s implementation and validation remained fully traceable through measurable techniques and progress indicators.

Objectives:

  1. Address the Root Causes – Focus on speech realignment, timing networks and blockage recovery.
  2. Eliminate Ineffective Methods – Move away from common but less effective practices such as excessive breathing drills or mere repetition etc.
  3. Track Progress Scientifically – Monitor improvements using neuroimaging and other reliable measures.

3 Step Solution

3 Step Solution

Holistic approach that retrains your speech patterns, reduces stammer triggers and strengthens communication in real-life situations.

Our Research Journey

2019

Foundational Discovery

Started initial Analysis, Review of existing literature to explore the one question

What really causes stammering?

2020

Neuroimaging & Analytics

Exploration of brain imaging techniques to study speech motor control, auditory feedback, and cortical connectivity in individuals who stammer.

2021

Prototyping Models

Developed initial analytics,  predictions, segmentation models to detect common pattern & trends. Explored every possible methodology.

2022

Institutional Collaboration

We collaborated with several speech research institutes and neurologists to gather their insights and feedback.

2023

Real Life Test and Validation

We conducted real-life testing with individuals who stammer across various age groups, backgrounds etc.

2024

Final Round and Optimization

fine-tuned algorithms, improvements based on test results with new user scenarios, speech behavior patterns.

2025

Launch Year

In August 2025, we proudly celebrated our 101st success story – a milestone that affirmed our journey. With that, we knew our research, tools and platform were truly ready and StammeringHelp.com was officially launched to help many more find their voice.
